What a review costs, and what moves the number

Fees follow the thickness of the file, the number of assets on the agreed line, and whether we must sit in your archive because nothing can leave the gate. There is no monthly plan and no trio of named packages. Estimates are written in GEL and hold for thirty days.

EngagementHow we price itTypical starting point
Predictive maintenance reviewQuoted for one line or asset groupOften from 4,800 GEL when records are in one place and the walk is two days
Failure-history reconstructionQuoted from years of paper and asset countFrom 2,200 GEL for a small group and two seasons of tickets
Condition-reading interpretationDay rate, desk or plant650 GEL per working day, plus travel if we come to you
Shutdown-window planningQuoted around your existing outage dateUsually two to four sessions; a written estimate follows a look at the stores list
Extra presentation or return visitDay rate after the agreed briefing650 GEL, or as named in the original estimate

What moves the quote

How many machines sit on the line

A filler with eight rotating assets is not a mill train. We count the assets you want in the briefing, not every motor in the hall.

Whether the paper can leave the gate

Scans save days. If tickets cannot leave, we add archive days at the plant and we eat in your canteen, which is fine, but it is in the quote.

Oil and vibration piles

A review without those sheets is still a review. Adding them lengthens the reading and, if you want, brings a second walker.

Distance from Kutaisi

Travel days and lodging are listed separately. A plant a morning’s drive away is not priced like a hall next to the Rioni.

A thirty percent deposit holds visit dates. The rest is due when the briefing is delivered, unless the estimate splits the fee across a long reconstruction.

If we open a file and find it too thin to support a briefing, we stop before the walk. Time already spent on the intake is billed at the day rate; the unused remainder of a deposit is returned under the refund note.

We do not publish a menu of “bronze” visits. Two plants with the same headcount can produce wildly different cabinets. Send the line name and a photograph of the drawer if you like — the estimate will be more honest for it.

Currency is Georgian lari. Invoices are issued from the Kutaisi desk. Travel outside Georgia is possible only by separate written agreement.
