How we handle the names and files you send

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, optional plant or town, optional engagement interest, optional visit window, and the message you write.

From an engagement: names of guides and planners, visitor-pass details required by your gate, and whatever personal names appear inside work orders you choose to give us. We ask you to blank medical and disciplinary remarks before handing tickets over.

Server logs on the host may include IP address and browser type for a short period as part of ordinary hosting.

Why we use it

To reply to your note, to prepare an estimate, to enter your plant under your rules, and to produce the briefing you asked for. Legal bases under Georgian data protection rules include steps prior to a contract, performance of the contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping a thin archive of what we already delivered in case you ask a follow-up question.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries: twelve months, then deletion.

Accepted engagements: seven years for invoices and the briefing file, which is ordinary for accounting and for the chance that you return with a later outage. Visitor-pass copies: deleted when the visit ends.

Consent records for cookies: until you clear this browser’s storage or write to us.

Who sees it

The people named on the About page and any accountant we use in Kutaisi. Hosting providers who store the mailbox and this site. We do not sell lists. A plant’s own records remain the plant’s; we do not file them with a third-party “analytics” vendor.

International transfers

If our host keeps mail on servers outside Georgia, we rely on the host’s contractual clauses and on the fact that the content of a maintenance enquiry is not a special category of data. We will name the host on request.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy, a correction, deletion, or a restriction, and you may object to processing that rests on legitimate interests. Write to hello@schedulerflowcore.digital. You may complain to Georgia’s data protection authority if you believe we have mishandled your information.

Children

This site is for plant staff and managers. We do not seek data from children.

This page

The notice may change when our hosting or our engagements change. The date that matters is the day you sent the file.
