Condition-reading interpretation

Oil-lab sheets and vibration route comments laid beside each other and beside the repair history, so a ‘watch’ on a bearing is no longer a lonely number on a page.

Oil laboratories return iron, water, and particle counts. Vibration routes return a line of numbers and a handwritten “watch.” Neither sheet knows what the millwright replaced last March. This session puts those three piles on one table.

Who sits in the room

The person who owns the oil contract, the person who walks the vibration route, and the planner who decides whether a machine waits until the next stop. We can work with two of the three if the third pile of paper is still available.

What the day produces

Annotated copies of the sheets you brought, a short list of machines where oil and vibration disagree, and a spoken walkthrough of which disagreements are worth a physical look this month. We do not run the instruments ourselves.

Limits

If you have no history of repairs, we can still read the sheets against each other, but we will mark every conclusion as thinner. If the last oil sample is three years old, we will say it is a souvenir, not a reading.

Bring the lab PDFs, the route printouts, and any bearing or pump identity that is not obvious from the labels on the page.
