Terms of engagement

Acceptance

By sending a note that asks for an estimate, paying a deposit, or signing an estimate, you accept these terms. If a signed estimate conflicts with this page, the signed estimate prevails for that engagement only.

The work

We provide professional reading, walking, drawing, and presentation as described on the engagement pages. We do not sell software access, sensors, spare parts, or repair labour. Advice in a briefing is based on the records and access you provide. Incomplete tickets produce incomplete drawings; that limitation will be written on the first page.

Your responsibilities

You obtain gate permission, permits-to-work, and consent from any person whose name appears in tickets you give us. You do not send us medical files, payroll, or identity scans beyond what a visitor pass requires. You confirm that you have the right to show us the records.

Intellectual property

Work-order files, oil sheets, and drawings you supply remain yours. The visual briefing, timelines, and order-of-work sheets we prepare are licensed to you for internal maintenance planning. You may copy them for shift boards and for your own contractors. You may not resell them or present them as your original analysis. Our methods and templates remain ours.

Confidentiality

We do not publish plant names, product grades, or photographs without written permission. Testimonials on this site use role and region, not a full legal name, unless you asked otherwise in writing.

Liability

We are not the designer of your machines and not the employer of your millwrights. We are not liable for production loss, injury, or spare-parts cost following a decision you take after a briefing. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where the law of Georgia does not allow that limit (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Photographs and notes

We may photograph machines and tickets as agreed at intake. We delete visitor-pass copies when the visit ends. Site rules on phones override our habits: if cameras are forbidden, the briefing will rely on notes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, with Kutaisi as the preferred venue where procedure allows. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive as a consumer under Georgian law if you contract as a private individual.

Changes

We may update this page for future engagements. The version in force is the one linked on the date of your estimate.
